Our group will be taking on the task of editing the page on Wikipedia concerning the novel Ethan Frome and researching how this text has shaped the English Education world today. This will involve:
looking at how we could use this in the classroom
how Wharton used literary elements in the novel (such as irony)
the impact this novel has/had on society
including criticisms of the work
I like the focus on a literary work, and your questions to guide you are good! You might not worry about how "this text has shaped the English Education world today" because I don't think the information is fact-based but rather opinion and that specific angle might not hold on Wikipedia. You are off to a good start, and I look forward to seeing your edits on Wikipedia!
